RiverWalk on the Columbia is a company dedicated to designing a master-planned mixed-use development on the Columbia River in partnership with the Port and the community. RiverWalk's principal partners are Marilee Thompson, Rick Bowler, Mark and Mary Benson, and John and Nancy McKibbin.

RiverWalk has entered into a two-year option agreement with the Port of Camas-Washougal. The option allows RiverWalk the opportunity to form a joint public-private partnership with the Port, expressly for a master-planned community.

This partnership exemplifies the leading edge of a national trend in public-private partnerships between ports and developers, creating a new level of amenities and tax revenue for the community.
